Psychological and ADHD Testing
A psychological assessment is a valuable opportunity to gain deeper insight into your experiences and how your unique brain functions. Through a series of tests and discussions, we’ll explore your history, symptoms, strengths, and challenges. This process provides important insights into your mental health, helping us develop personalized strategies for support and growth. At the end of the evaluation, you’ll receive a detailed report with tailored treatment recommendations to guide your path forward. You do not need a diagnosis to receive support!


Individual Therapy
Whether you are facing challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, excessive stress, or burn-out, or simply seeking self-discovery, growth, or personal development, one-on-one therapy sessions offer a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and confidential environment. We'll work together to identify goals, develop coping strategies, and create a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs and preferences. Sessions may be enhanced through mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques.


Group Therapy
I also offer online group therapy sessions designed to provide education, support, validation, and connection for neurodivergent adults. During our sessions, we cover a wide range of topics tailored to your needs, including ADHD management techniques, skill-building exercises, accountability strategies, and emotional regulation practices. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with other adults facing similar challenges, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This collaborative space fosters a sense of belonging and empowerment, reminding you that you’re not alone in your neurodivergent journey.


Ecotherapy
Ecotherapy provides a unique opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and find peace in the beauty of the natural environment in Texas. The sights, sounds, and sensations of the natural world can help you feel more present and mindful, allowing you to gain perspective on your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll create a safe and nurturing space where you can experience the healing benefits of nature, explore your emotions, and develop coping strategies that resonate with your individual journey. Whether it's a walk in a Texas park, digging in a garden, or simply spending time outdoors, ecotherapy can be a restorative experience.
