ADHD Testing & Therapy Package

- If you start with an ADHD evaluation and later decide you want the ADHD Therapy Package, the services will be combined and the cost of the evaluation will be deducted from the price of the ADHD Testing and Therapy Package.
Payment Options
My practice operates on a self-pay basis, and while I do not accept insurance, I am able to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits. Certain services, such as ADHD packages and add-ons, are not covered under out-of-network benefits and therefore, will not be subject to a superbill or possible insurance reimbursement.
I can help verify if you have OON benefits through a service I use called Thrizer. It will give you an instant breakdown of your benefits with information about your OON deductible and reimbursement rate. For a 1% transfer fee you can also upload your superbill and they submit and manage the claims end-to-end for you, saving you the insurance hassle. If you’re working towards an OON deductible, the superbill will get applied towards that first. Post-deductible, you’ll receive reimbursement via direct deposit after the claim is approved in a few weeks, instead of a few months.
Payment plans are available upon request for evaluations, groups, and packages.

Missed or Late Cancellations
I enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you do not show or cancel later than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount for your missed session.
I accept the following payment methods:

Payment will be charged to the card on file the morning of your appointment. Missed sessions will be charged in full.
