Payment Options
My practice operates on a self-pay basis, and while I do not accept insurance, I am able to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits. Certain services, such as add-ons and form completion, are not covered under out-of-network benefits and therefore, will not be subject to a superbill or possible insurance reimbursement.
Payment plans are available upon request for evaluations and groups.

Missed or Late Cancellations
I enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you do not show or cancel later than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount for your missed session.
I accept the following payment methods:

Payment will be charged to the card on file the morning of your appointment. Missed sessions will be charged in full.
